Even though Linden is still stuck on 'daddy', we celebrated mother's day with a trip to the Boardwalk Cafe for breakfast, and a trip to the beach the day before. Linden wore her new hat (thanks Catherine) on both occasions, but almost had a breakdown when it was blown into the water beside the cafe. Luckily, a boater managed to hook it for us, and the day was saved.

You can just walk to the beach??? I'm thinking... the beach, NASCAR races every Friday, biscuits and gravy for breakfast, hockey team still in the playoffs... must be an awesome place to live!
