We celebrated Linden's birthday on the 17th, so we could enjoy the day without getting too distracted by Christmas. Linden did well. She shared, she opened presents, she ate cake. She found the singing of 'happy birthday' a little overwhelming, and almost lost it, but she held her pout and survived to demolish the cupcake. Jemma found the whole day exhausting.

Happy Belated birthday, big sister! Glad to hear the details at last. I understand how off-key singing can put anyone out of sorts, but I'm especially pleased that it was not enough to put Miss Linden off her cake. Enjoy being 2.
