On a cool morning, on the last Sunday in April, we took a quick trip to Shackleford Banks by way of Taylor's Creek and Middle Marsh. We went with the Covarrubias-Basurto family, and saw lots of wild ponies and jellyfish. The girls even got to drive the boat.
